• All orders are to be made through the site only and are to be paid for by  Moneygram or where eligible, Bank Transfer. Options available in your country will be displayed when you checkout.
  • For the purpose of security – please use a secure email email provider to email us – do not use Hotmail/Live/Facebook log ins or Hushmail. Be savvy about security at all times for both of our sakes. Often hotmail and yahoo emails are blocked by our email system.
  • Our stock quantities do not reflect our true stock status at all times, due to becoming very busy during certain periods and selling stock through other avenues aside from online - however we do our best to keep it up to date. If we find your order is out of stock when processing, we will email to advise of a lead time and further options for you.
  • All of our items are normally in stock. However we do tend to get very busy and at times stuff will be out of stock. If this is the case we will get the stock in within a 7-10 day period in general, meaning your item should be with you within a 2-4 week time frame. We will let you know if this is the case and will email you to let you know in advance. However please place your order on an assumption it could take up to 2 weeks, however for 90% of orders it is within 3-5 days for the UK and 7-10 days EU/Internationally. Pre-Order time frames are delivered as per the time frames on site under the individual item.
  • Do not order unless you intend to pay within 48 hours. If we do not receive payment within this time frame, your order will be cancelled and we will ban you from our site unless you show us some courtesy and email us to advise of any issues. Please email us should you have any problems making payment. When you order, your goods are automatically put aside for you,so please do not waste our time if you have intention of ordering.
  • Be assured that all items are shipped very securely and discretely – security is our no.1 priority - but we will not disclose packaging information.
  • In case of customs seizures or lost packages we'll need a scanned copy of your customs seizure letter and will make a decision from there. Please see the bottom of our site in the footer and click the International Reship Policy link for more info.
  • Prices are subject to change according to International Currency Exchange Rates and changes in cost prices without notice. Availability of the products is subject to change without notice. Order cancellations after the payment has been processed are not acceptable. Once you make your order on the website and items in stock will be reserved and packaged for you. Depending on stock availability orders may be shipped in multiple parts. If this is the case we will email to advise.
  • Please include any important order information/instructions in the order comments section of each order.
  • Once you have received any order from us - please DELETE any and all emails from your inbox/sentbox/drafts etc. Do not leave this sort of communication saved on your PC or other devices.
  • Once payment has been made and verified any in-stock items will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible. From time to time we may need to make a substitution, even if it is at our expense, but we will inform you to let you know. General turn around time is 2 working days from receiving cleared payment
  • Fake users/fake orders will be deleted and IP addresses BANNED.


Order process:

  • Select required items and add them to your basket.
  • Complete the checkout procedure, register on our site and ensure the delivery address and all info is correct.
  • Upon checkout completion you will recieve a message with regards to payment - read carefully!
  • You then make payment with 48 hours - if not received your order will be deleted and stock released to the next buyer.
  • We confirm receipt of funds by updating your order status from pending to processing and provide a further update with regards to shipping and your ETA of order.
  • We package the items, ship them out and update your account confirming shipment - this will show on your order as complete.

Pending = Order placed and received

Processing = Payment info received and we are processing collection.

Shipped = Order shipped
