We send all packages with security, discretion and protection in mind. This means no broken bottles, no rattling, no markings implying contents etc. Dependant on country we may split packages up, at no cost to you, for additional security.
For those countries we send to tracked, we do not send you tracking details. This is for security reasons for both parties. If after 28 days no package has arrived, or if you need the tracker to co-ordinate receiving, please email us 48 hours in advance.
Shipping times and methods:
NOTE - WE SHIP ALL PACKAGES TWICE A WEEK - NOT DAILY, AS WE NEED TO PLAN SHIPPING AND LOCATION IN ADVANCE, IT IS NOT A SIMPLE JOB.
UK customers: We send by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. In general this is received on a next working day basis, but please allow up to 3 days before contacting us for any non arrivals.
EU customers: We send by Royal Mail International Tracked. In general the ETA is 3-5 business days from the date we post. Please allow 7 working days before contacting us for any non arrivals so we can check tracking status.
If UK/EU customers do not wish for their products to be sent tracked, please mark this in the comments box at checkout.
Australia/USA/Canada and Worldwide: We send by Royal Mail Priority International Airmail. This is not a tracked service, again for security and safety purposes, but proof of postage is kept by us for 60 days. Average ETA is 7-10 business days but packs can come as quick as 5, or as late as 25. Please see our International Reship Policy detailed in the footer of our home page. In general we have a 98% success rate into Aus/USA and Canada.
The cost for postage is the same for all - £8.50 GBP Flat Rate regardless if we need to split packs but this does not include wholesale orders.
